81 singers, one song, one cause.

Music is a universal language!!
Exactly a week ago, this video is posted up on Youtube. This song is very inspirational, although it sounded a little bit odd with Wyclef Jean yodeling his face off but that's not the point. This video is created for a far more greater cause, to unite all human race in order to help Haiti. So enjoy.

I assume you've already finished watching the whole 8 plus minutes of this video. So what do you think? It has a list of great singers ranging from Barbra Streisand to Josh Groban to Celine Dion. P!nk sang as well! yeeaaah~ go P!nk. Oh Orianthi contributed her wicked guitar skills as well. And the list goes on. But i'm not surprised there's a lot of haters that hated this remake. They said these singers destroyed the original song. The song was let's just say bejurit, there are 81 (if im not mistaken) singers who contributed their voice into this remake and everyone is fighting to get their voices heard, it's like all their voices are just pasted on top of each other. Is that  even possible? And not to mention the yodeling,  and the rapping and the autotunes. Isn't it suppose to be a ballad? The producers only looked at the younger demographic and what these youngsters find appealing. But whatever, it's alright. Whadapuck! did i just said, people are dying out there and horrible things happened. So at the very least lets give a round of applause to these singers for uniting to help these Haitians who is in dire need of clean water supply and a place for shelter. This goes to you too haters. If you think you're so much better, why don't you do it yourself then?

Damn! do i sound like a total hypocrite?

Emm i would like to contradict on what i just said before, especially the rapping part, i actually enjoyed it. It adds a certain umph to it! And i would like to remind you again that the reason this collaboration was made in the first place was to help unite the people to help the Haiti earthquake victims. And make music as a unifying force and a universal language. Dangar tu!

This is one of the many reasons why i like to be famous someday, i want to help change the world for the better. Singing may not be my talent but i'll work something out.

.M.
